Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for possible delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping availability may vary based on your location.
- Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- W Fit Activewear ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- W Fit Activewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
